Angus Scrimgeour is the founder and president of the International Association for Digital Publications, a British charity that provides eBooks and other e-learning resources for university students in developing countries. He served as vice president of the World Bank Group and as chief financial officer of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency. Scrimgeour was also a member of the Knowledge and Learning Council and is the former vice president of Citibank.
