Raymond Offenheiser is president and CEO at Oxfam America. With more than three decades of experience in development as a field programmer, grant maker and executive in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the United States, he joined Oxfam from the Ford Foundation in 1995. Offenheiser is a member of the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network and a founder of the ONE Campaign.
