He leads in the analysis of governance trends and geopolitical dynamics and seeking to influence the global, regional, and national integrated development agenda using the framework and opportunities provided by the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to WWF, Delfin was the global manager of the GEF Small Grants Programme, providing strategic guidance and supervision of 118 country programs.
