Pierre Hugo joined Medicines for Malaria Venture in 2010. Since then he has worked in MMV to support the introduction and uptake of life-saving antimalarials in affected countries, with a focus on supporting policy adoption, fair pricing, regulatory approval, procurement, and good quality of malaria medicines. Pierre has a broad background, spanning form the pharmaceutical industry to public health, from experience in patient care to research and management of health programs, especially in Africa.
