Virginia Kamowa is a menstrual health and hygiene specialist at the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council, which is evolving into the Sanitation and Hygiene Fund by 2021 to fill a void in the international response to the sanitation, hygiene, and menstrual health crisis. Kamowa is also the co-coordinator of the Global Menstrual Collective.
