Al-Bari B. Macalawan earned his master's degree in political economy from the University of Asia and the Pacific. As a member AFS Intercultural Programs and Young Moro Professionals Network, he is active in youth advocacy and programs. He was part of the LEAD ASEAN Summit 2013 in Manila, the ASEAN Youth Forum 2014 in Yangon, Myanmar, and the YSEALI United For Peace 2015.

Alberta Guerra is a senior policy analyst at ActionAid USA and an expert in global food policies, focusing on right to food, land rights, agroecology, and global governance. She also serves as ActionAid’s liaison with the Committee on World Food Security, IFAD, and FAO in Rome.

Alberto Bouroncle

Alberto Bouroncle is vice president of public affairs at IARD and is in charge of the development of relationships and alliances with a variety of stakeholders and capacity building, with special interest in Latin America and the Caribbean. He has been involved in substance use research, policy development, and program implementation since 2000. Prior to joining IARD, he worked for LTG Associates, in a variety of projects, including the evaluation of a substance abuse and mental health services administration project to provide substance abuse treatment for the latino community in the Washington D.C. area.

She donated a personal fortune and has dedicated decades to this work, approaching it with the conviction that the best solution for helping children is to strengthen the social and economic capacities of their families and communities. Albina was a successful film producer in the past and has received numerous awards for her work as a philanthropist, visionary activist and social entrepreneur.
