Her expertise is in monitoring government policies in relation to international cooperation. Her interests are in sustainability, social and economic matters, women and least developed countries.

Daphne de Souza Lima Sorensen

Daphne de Souza Lima Sorensen is president of MiracleFeet, overseeing the organization’s global programs and staff. Sorensen has 20 years of experience in international development, social justice, and child and human rights, leading teams across Latin America and Africa. She previously led programs at the Lumos Foundation, Save the Children, and CARE, and has lived and worked in Bolivia, Mozambique, Panama, Uganda, and Angola. Born in Brazil, Sorensen grew up in Venezuela, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Daphne Jayasinghe

Daphne Jayasinghe is the International Rescue Committee’s chief policy adviser for economic programs. She leads IRC’s work influencing economic policy impacting on refugees and migrants such as job creation and cash relief programs. Daphne specializes in gender and women’s rights and is currently the co-chair of the UK Gender and Network and former Women’s Rights policy adviser for ActionAid UK. She also served as Amnesty International USA's advocacy director for Women's Human Rights in D.C. where she worked on legislation on violence against women and maternal health. Prior to that Daphne worked on U.K. government and European Union policy development as a civil servant.

Darian Stibbe is the executive director at The Partnering Initiative. Following a career as a quantum physicist, for the last 15 years Darian has focused on a single mission: to systematically drive effective collaboration between business, governments, NGOs, donors and the United Nations for a sustainable future. He has made major contributions into international policy both through publications and through representing the private sector on the Global Partnerships for Effective Development Cooperation.
Darius Mans

Darius Mans

Darius Mans is president of Africare. He joined the organization in 2010, bringing with him more than 30 years of development experience.  Prior to joining Africare, he served as acting CEO, vice president of implementation, and managing director for Africa at the Millennium Challenge Corp.  He has also held various positions at the World Bank, including director of the World Bank Institute.

Darius Nassiry

Darius Nassiry is vice president and director at Climate Finance Advisors, a member of WSP. He has worked with ARPA-E, RMI, ODI, and the Center for Global Development, and has led teams at the Global Green Growth Institute and Millennium Challenge Corporation. He previously worked as an investment banker.
Dariush Mozaffarian

Dariush Mozaffarian

Dr. Dariush Mozaffarian is a cardiologist. He is Jean Mayer professor of nutrition at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University, a professor of medicine at Tufts School of Medicine, and an attending physician at Tufts Medical Center. His work aims to create the science and translation for a food system that is nutritious, equitable, and sustainable.
Darren Hanniffy

Darren Hanniffy

Darren Hanniffy is a senior manager for GOAL, an Irish NGO. He has worked as overseas staff in several development hot spots like Honduras, Afghanistan, Uganda, Kenya, Haiti — where he coordinated the emergency response to the 2010 earthquake and later became country director — and most recently South Sudan. Hannify is now based in Dublin.
Darren Saywell

Darren Saywell

Darren Saywell heads the WASH program at Plan International USA. He has 20 years operational, research, consultancy and teaching experience and has previously held positions at the Water, Engineering and Development Center in the United Kingdom, the World Health Organization and the International Water Association. In October 2011, he was nominated as the vice-chair for Sanitation and Water for All.
