Daryl Burnaby

Daryl Burnaby joined GSK in September 1999 as a management graduate trainee and progressed through several commercial and finance roles within the company, including being part of the first wave of PULSE (a six-month skills based volunteering scheme) in Sri Lanka in 2010. In 2011, Daryl joined the Global Health Programmes team, where he has led GSK's investment in training frontline health workers in the least developed countries as part of GSK's 20 percent reinvestment initiative. Daryl graduated with a degree in natural sciences from the University of Cambridge in 1996 and a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Southampton in 1999.

Datuk Seri Dr. Haji Dzulkefly Ahmad

Datuk Seri Dr. Haji Dzulkefly Ahmad is in his second term as the health minister of Malaysia. Dr. Dzulkefly is a three-term member of Parliament for Kuala Selangor and a trained toxicologist. His priorities upon returning to the ministry include upgrading facilities, digitizing health care, and reforming health financing, with enhanced focus on rolling out electronic medical records and protecting universal health coverage.

Dave Henson gained his Ph.D. in Amputee Biomechanics at Imperial College London and is currently business development engineer in the Department of Bioengineering, working on appropriate prosthetics technology. He has competed and won at the Warrior Games, Invictus Games, IPC World Championship, and the Paralympic Games. He is the veterans’ adviser to the Centre for Blast Injury Studies, honorary fellow at the University of Hertfordshire, and co-chair and founding member of the CASEVAC Club. He was made a member of the Order of the British Empire in 2014 for services to the military.

Dr. David Addiss is the director of Children Without Worms, a program of the Task Force for Global Health in Decatur, Georgia, in the United States. For 20 years he worked on neglected tropical diseases as a medical epidemiologist at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He has held positions in academia, migrant health, and philanthropy.
