David Passarelli is the director of UNU Center for Policy Research. He leads research on multilateralism and economic cooperation and directs the center’s Global Governance Innovation Platform. In 2022-2023, he co-led the secretariat of the U.N. Secretary-General’s High-Level Advisory Board on Effective Multilateralism. He holds a Ph.D. in International Development from the University of Oxford.

David Pred is the co-founder and executive director of Inclusive Development International. A global advocate for land, housing, and natural resource rights, David has spent the last 15 years working to support communities and social movements around the world to hold governments, corporations and financial institutions accountable for land-grabs, forced displacement and related environmental and human rights violations.

David Reddy, Ph.D., a scientist with over 30 years of experience in the development and delivery of medicines, has been at the helm of Medicines for Malaria Venture for 13 years. During his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the fight against malaria by spearheading MMV’s mission to discover, develop and deliver new lifesaving antimalarial medicines. Under his leadership, the organization has brought forward 15 medicines that have saved more than 13.6 million lives. He also serves on the board of directors of Malaria No More UK and the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness and Innovation.

David Sarley is a senior program officer at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. For the last five years he was part of the foundation’s Vaccine Delivery Supply Chain Team and recently joined the Innovation Team. He currently manages several investments including work with Zipline, Vayu, PATH, WHO, and the African Resource Center.

David Soloff co-founded Premise in 2012. He has two decades of experience in capital markets, data infrastructure and startups. He serves on the advisory board of Columbia University’s Institute for Data Sciences and is also a venture capitalist with Bowery Capital, an early stage software investment fund. David holds a graduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a Javits and Pritchett Fellow pursuing the study of social, economic and linguistic history of the Greek and Roman world. He also holds an undergraduate degree in near eastern languages and cultures from Columbia University.

Dr. David Vanderpool is founder and CEO of LiveBeyond, a faith-based, humanitarian organization bringing medical and maternal health care, clean water, education, orphan care, community development and the gospel of Jesus Christ to the oppressed in Thomazeau, Haiti. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a fellow of the American College of Physicians and Assistant Professor of Surgery at Texas A&M University College of Medicine and is a regular contributor to medical journals on tropical diseases and to political publications on U.S. disaster response/developing world goals.
