She leads the efforts of the Asia regional office team to build and sustain networks with different institutions, leverage financing and collaborations, innovative grants, thought leadership, and information on trends driving the Asian continent’s development.

Deepali Vichare Dsouza leads strategic communications for Global Access to Care at Siemens Healthineers. She is passionate about storytelling and amplifying real-life examples from underserved regions to a broader audience. Prior to this role, she headed corporate communications for Southeast Asia and India at Siemens Healthineers. She has over two decades of experience in media relations and communications, and she began her career as a health care journalist in India.

Degan Ali is the executive director of Adeso, where she leads development and humanitarian efforts. Degan is a strategic thinker with over 15 years experience designing and managing food security, livelihoods, and water, sanitation and hygiene programs in some of the poorest, most fragile countries in Africa. Under her leadership, Adeso has become a pioneer in using cash programming to deliver aid to vulnerable populations.

She aspires to become a physician and clinical researcher to provide medical care and address health disparities within marginalized communities.

Prior to WWF, Delfin was the global manager of the GEF Small Grants Programme, providing strategic guidance and supervision of 118 country programs.
