Dyno (J.D.H.) Keatinge is Director General of AVRDC, the World Vegetable Center, based in Taiwan based in Taiwan and chair of the Association of International Research and Development Centers for Agriculture. With global expertise in crop agronomy, Keatinge is also chair of the Global Horticulture Initiative and a member of the advisory committee to USAID’s Innovation Lab for Horticulture.

Dzenita Kolja is executive director and co-owner of CDS Consulting, a Bosnian-based international development firm. She has over 17 years of experience working on USAID-funded projects, including 12 years with Chemonics, serving in different roles supporting implementation of projects in Bosnia, Serbia, Moldova and Afghanistan. She currently leads Chemonics’ Country Operations Optimization Program in Afghanistan.

Dzingai Mutumbuka served as the first minister of education and culture for Zimbabwe from 1980 to 1989 and currently serves as a board member at Teach For All.

Eaimt Phoo Phoo Aung is an Asia Foundation development fellow from Myanmar. She currently works on macro-economic analysis and economic governance reform issues and is based in Yangon.

Ebru Özdemir currently chairs Limak Holding and the Limak Foundation. Under her leadership, the Limak Foundation has launched significant national and international initiatives, such as Engineer Girls of Turkey, Global Engineer Girls, and the Limak Philharmonic Orchestra, focusing on social impact, education, and cultural development.

Ed Brown is senior lecturer in geography at Loughborough University in the United Kingdom. He is a political geographer who has worked on a range of development issues over the past 20 years including questions of governance, transparency, corruption and equity. He is the co-chair of the U.K. Low Carbon Energy for Development Network.

Ed Morrow is a communications and campaigns professional with a decade of experience in the public and third sectors. He has increasingly come to specialize in helping organizations and researchers communicate their data in ways that are accessible and useful to shape and influence policy and practice. In his current role at Lloyd's Register Foundation, Ed leads communications for the World Risk Poll, encouraging policymakers and businesses around the world to use its insights to design and target interventions that make people safer.

Ed Royce is a co-chair of the Consensus for Development Reform and policy director at the Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck law firm. He served as chair of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee from 2013-2019.

Edd Wright is regional director for Southeast Asia for World Neighbors. He worked for a number of years in South Sudan with Private Agencies Collaborating Together. 

Jesse Eaves is the senior policy advisor for child protection at World Vision in Washington, D.C. He coordinates the advocacy portfolio for World Vision's many offices around the globe for issues of child protection that include child soldiers, exploitative child labor, child trafficking, and child sexual exploitation. Through his advocacy efforts, Eaves works to educate and empower Americans to take a stand for child protection and attempts to ensure that U.S. policymakers know how they can help to protect vulnerable children around the world.
