Ellen Piwoz is a senior program officer in nutrition at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Her work focuses on data, analytics and evidence to improve nutrition for women and girls globally. She manages a diverse portfolio of grants, including research on healthy birth, growth and development; testing models to achieve change at scale for breast-feeding and complementary feeding; generating evidence for advocacy; and supporting the Scaling Up Nutrition Movement.

Ellen Roberts is director of online studies in public policy and management in the Department of Social Policy and Social Work at the University of York. Her teaching includes public management, change management and organizational learning, and she contributes to university strategy for online learning. Ellen has previously worked in central government in the U.K., where her roles have included policy development and support to Ministers in the Department of Health and the Cabinet Office.

ElsaMarie D’Silva is the founder of Red Dot Foundation and creator of Safecity, a global platform that does data crowdsourcing on gender-based violence to inform safer cities. She is an Aspen New Voices fellow, Yale World fellow, and a visiting fellow at the Centre for Protecting Women Online, Open University UK.
