He had the opportunity to actively participate in the negotiation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and ever since has been contributing to its implementation and monitoring.

Alexia Latortue is the Assistant Secretary of International Trade and Development for the United States Department of the Treasury. In this role, she oversees Treasury’s Offices of Climate Environment and Sustainable Infrastructure, International Development Finance and Policy, International Trade and Investment, and Technical Assistance. Previously she served as the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer overseeing the agency’s operations to deliver on strategic and programmatic priorities and leading the MCC team.

She dedicates her time to helping organizations evolve.

Alexis Decosimo

Alexis Decosimo is the founder and executive director of Playing to Live! She received her master's in art therapy and clinical counseling at George Washington University and is currently working as an art therapist in Asheville, North Carolina, as well as pursuing her doctorate in public health at Eastern Tennessee State University. She specializes in trauma informed art therapy, program development and international work.
Alfred Adewale Martins

Alfred Adewale Martins

Most Rev. Alfred Adewale Martins was appointed the first bishop of Abeokuta Diocese in Nigeria in 1997. He was later elevated as archbishop and transferred to the See of Lagos, later becoming the Metropolitan. He studied philosophy for both his master's and doctorate degrees and held several leadership positions in the Nigeria Conference of Catholic Bishops.

He has worked on designing and conducting research projects focused on conflict, stabilization, political and economic development in over 20 countries, including Pakistan, Afghanistan and South Sudan. He did his Ph.D. coursework in Comparative Politics at the City University of New York.
