Fanilo Rakotovao is the impact social director at AXIAN Group. Originally with a background in internet marketing and strategic management, Rakotovao found her calling and redirected her focus toward sustainable development, specifically the societal impacts of private-sector activities. She has over 20 years of experience in the private sector, including over 14 years in new technologies, with the rest directly addressing causes such as child malnutrition, drinking water supply, and sanitation.

Fanwell Kenala Bokosi has been the executive director at the African Forum and Network on Debt and Development since November 2014, responsible for the overall development and delivery of the organization’s policies and programs. He also served as AFRODAD's policy adviser on economic governance and development. Bokosi holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Kent.

She is studying at Northwestern University, where she is a candidate for a Master of Science in Journalism.

Farida Tchaitchian Bena is an aid and development effectiveness expert. She is a former member of the OECD-UNDP joint support team of the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation and has worked for Oxfam as aid effectiveness policy lead. Farida is also a senior campaigner and a humanitarian, having served in a variety of management and technical roles in about 20 countries in Europe, the U.S., sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia.
