Currently she is advising the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development in the Habitat III process. Her research focus is on migration, urban governance and planning.

Evaline Kibuchi has been a global TB advocate for over 10 years. She is currently the chief national coordinator at Stop TB Partnership Kenya, a member of the WHO Civil Society Task Force TB team, and has been in the U.N. high-level meeting 2023 leadership group. She has been at the front line in calling for investment in a safe, effective, affordable TB vaccine to end the disease by 2030.

Evan Papp

Evan Matthew Papp manages public affairs and engagement for USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives in the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance. Evan works with field teams in countries experiencing crisis, conflict and political transitions to capture stories that resonate with policymakers in Washington. His favorite medium for storytelling is video narratives. Before joining USAID, he spent five years with the Peace Corps working in Zambia, Jamaica and Washington, D.C.

Evans Osano

Evans Osano is director of financial markets at Financial Sector Deepening Africa, where he leads capital markets development initiatives across sub-Saharan Africa. He also sits on the board and investment committee of the Africa Local Currency Bond Fund. Prior to joining FSD Africa, he worked with the IFC/World Bank as head of Efficient Securities Markets Institutional Development Africa. Before joining the World Bank Group, he was head of investments at AIG Global Investment Group, where his responsibilities included managing a pan-African total return fund that was a pioneer investor in debt and equity markets in Africa.
