Farouk Gumel is a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers West Africa executive management. He currently heads the advisory business team that has over 150 partners and staff in Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Angola. He has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the U.K. and USA, specializing in industrial products, as well as oil and gas transactions.

Fartun Sharif Mohamed has been the director of Banadir Hospital since 2019. A Somali national, she is an activist and community mobiliser, specialising in maternal and children’s health.

Fatoumata Haidara

Fatoumata Haidara

Mali-born Fatoumata Haidara has 18 years of experience in community development, women and children’s rights and humanitarian work. She is a mentor of the Aspire Foundation and received national recognition from the Knights of the National Order of Mali in 2009. She was country representative in Mali for WaterAid from 2006 to 2013 and is now country representative in Zambia. Previously she worked with Oxfam. She is fluent in French and English.

Fatoumata Nafo-Traoré

As executive director of the Roll Back Malaria Partnership, Dr. Nafo-Traoré brings a wealth of expertise in maternal and child health, malaria control and health systems strengthening. She also served as minister of health and minister of social affairs, solidarity and the elderly from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, Nafo-Traoré was appointed as the first RBM executive secretary and later on as World Health Organization director for the RBM department.

Federica de Gaetano

Federica de Gaetano

Federica de Gaetano joined the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, or AICS, in 2020 as food security project officer. She is a focal point for food security, contributing to international working groups. Prior to AICS, she worked for the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Forest Politics, and the European Commission. She holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering and a master's in food law. She is also a co-chair of the Global Donor Platform for Rural Development.
