The European Think Tanks Group made is up of Europe’s four leading think tanks on international development: the German Development Institute/Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE), the European Centre for Development Policy Management (ECDPM), Fundacion para las Relaciones Internacionales y el Dialogo Exterior (FRIDE) and the Overseas Development Institute (ODI).

Eva Dick is a senior researcher at Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik / German Development Institute (DIE) in Bonn, Germany. Currently she is advising the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development in the Habitat III process. Her research focus is on migration, urban governance and planning.

Evaline Kibuchi has been a global TB advocate for over 10 years. She is currently the chief national coordinator at Stop TB Partnership Kenya, a member of the WHO Civil Society Task Force TB team, and has been in the U.N. high-level meeting 2023 leadership group. She has been at the front line in calling for investment in a safe, effective, affordable TB vaccine to end the disease by 2030.

Eva-Lotta Jansson is a photojournalist and video journalist based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She often travels the region on assignments. And when she can get away, she loves to go to the bush and work on her elephant book.

Evan Matthew Papp manages public affairs and engagement for USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives in the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance. Evan works with field teams in countries experiencing crisis, conflict and political transitions to capture stories that resonate with policymakers in Washington. His favorite medium for storytelling is video narratives. Before joining USAID, he spent five years with the Peace Corps working in Zambia, Jamaica and Washington, D.C.

Evan Roe is a research associate at AMGlobal Consulting. He has previously worked with the East-West Center, Radio Free Asia, and the office of representative Janice Hahn (D-CA, 44th District)

Evan Scandling is head of communications for Sunlabob Renewable Energy, a Laos-based company that specializes in renewable energy and clean water projects in the developing world. Scandling previously worked for other renewable energy and clean technology businesses and organizations.

Evans Osano is director of financial markets at Financial Sector Deepening Africa, where he leads capital markets development initiatives across sub-Saharan Africa. He also sits on the board and investment committee of the Africa Local Currency Bond Fund. Prior to joining FSD Africa, he worked with the IFC/World Bank as head of Efficient Securities Markets Institutional Development Africa. Before joining the World Bank Group, he was head of investments at AIG Global Investment Group, where his responsibilities included managing a pan-African total return fund that was a pioneer investor in debt and equity markets in Africa.
