Ali Al Mokdad is a program management specialist in the international humanitarian and development sector. For the last decade, he has spent time in countries such as Syria, Iraq, Turkey, South Sudan, Lebanon, and Bangladesh. There, he has led protection, gender-based violence, and MHPSS interventions working with refugees and internally displaced people directly, remotely, and through partners in complex emergencies.

Alice Bayingana

Alice Bayingana is a research associate to Dr. Agnes Binagwaho, vice chancellor of the University of Global Health Equity. Prior to joining the UGHE team, Alice worked as a research fellow for Partners In Health through the Global Health Corps fellowship program and later on as a mixed-methods research associate. Alice is passionate about access to health care especially as it relates to young people accessing sexual and reproductive health and mental health services.

She has helped African governments and businesses adopt sustainable pathways for production sectors, and incentivized private sector investment in sustainable development in over 40 African countries.

Alice P. Albright is the CEO of the Global Partnership for Education, an organization made up of 60 developing country governments, as well as donor governments, civil society organizations, teacher organizations, private sector organizations and foundations, whose joint mission is to galvanize and coordinate a global effort to provide a good quality education to children, prioritizing the poorest and most vulnerable. Before joining the Global Partnership, Albright served as the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Export-Import Bank of the United States and as the chief financial and investment officer for Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance.
