Alison Kentish a freelance journalist from the island of Dominica. She holds a master’s in health and science journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and covers issues at the intersection of health, science and the environment.
Alison Wittcoff

Alison Wittcoff

Alison Wittcoff is a health technical advisor who has worked with IRC for the past five years. She recently served as health coordinator in Kalemie, DRC and prior to DRC, Alison worked as health coordinator in Rwanda. In both countries she was managing large iCCM projects. Before coming to IRC, she worked as a quality improvement specialist at University Research Co. providing support in Niger, Tanzania and Uganda. Alison has a master’s of international affairs from George Washington University and is fluent in French.

Alison Wright

Alison Wright is climate change policy officer for Plan International. She has worked for over five years on climate change and disaster risk reduction within different parts of the NGO sector and as an independent consultant. She also has almost 10 years of experience as an educator. Her current focus is on child-centered climate change adaptation at Plan International.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Carlton University in journalism and film studies and is now working on a postgraduate certificate from the Humanitarian and Conflict Response Institute in Global Health. She has worked for the government of Canada as well as a number of international organizations.

Allan Jury

Allan Jury

Allan Jury is the senior adviser for World Food Program USA, where he works with lawmakers and advocates to shape U.S. food and agriculture policies. Before joining WFP USA in 2013, he worked as the director of the WFP's U.S. relations office in Washington D.C. From 2004 to 2008, he served as WFP's director of external relations in Rome. He joined WFP in March 2001 as chief of the policy service following a 25-year career with the U.S. Department of State.

As director of public engagement and access initiatives at GSK, Dr. Allan Pamba focuses on the sustainable delivery of GSK medicines and vaccines to developing countries via innovative business models. He is also responsible for directing GSK’s external engagement activities and setting up innovative initiatives to enhance access to medicines and vaccines across 50 countries.
