Dr. Ifeanyi M. Nsofor is the CEO of EpiAFRIC and director of policy and advocacy at Nigeria Health Watch, Abuja, Nigeria. He is a senior Atlantic Fellow for Health Equity at George Washington University and a senior New Voices Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
Iffat Jamil

Iffat Jamil

Iffat Jamil is program unit manager for Plan International Pakistan’s urban program in Islamabad. She has completed a Masters in Agriculture Economics and, after wanting to extend her knowledge further, she decided to study Development Studies at Melbourne University, Australian. Iffat now works in Plan International Pakistan’s Urban Program, where she ensures children receive their basic rights, including health, education, protection and an adequate standard of living. She is passionate about children and women’s rights and is working hard to ensure the rights of domestic workers, in particular, are recognized.

Ilan Goldfajn

Ilan Goldfajn is president of the Inter-American Development Bank since December 2022. Previously served as director of Western Hemisphere Department at the International Monetary Fund; was governor of the central bank of his native Brazil. An MIT-trained economist, his private sector experience includes key positions at Brazilian financial institutions.
Ilda Kuleba

Ilda Kuleba

Ilda Kuleba has over 14 years of experience working in public health and joined mothers2mothers from PSI Mozambique, where she served as director of programs. She also has experience working for USAID and in the private sector. Ilda holds a bachelor’s degree from the American University in Washington, D.C., and a master’s degree from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Prior to her current role, Ilda served as country director for mothers2mothers in Mozambique, where she led on the implementation and strategic leadership of the program, while ensuring alignment and integration with the Ministry of Health plans.
Ilisa Gertner

Ilisa Gertner

Ilisa Gertner manages Chemonics' Agriculture and Food Security practice with 14 years experience in agriculture, food security, health and nutrition, and water and sanitation. Since joining Chemonics in 2012, she managed USAID livelihoods and environment projects in Colombia and Ecuador. Prior work includes tsunami recovery in Asia, and value chains and microenterprise in Central America. Ilisa has a M.S. in international development management, and an M.B.A. from The American University.

Illan Acher is part of Fondation Botnar’s Young Professionals Program, where he works on human rights in the digital age as a program specialist. He has worked with the UN Human Rights Office in Geneva, New York, Uganda, and several West African countries, as well as with NGOs in Geneva and Greece.

Illari Aragon

Illari Aragon is the climate justice policy lead at Christian Aid. She advised the Least Developed Countries, or LDCs, at the United Nations climate negotiations, was a senior researcher for the International Institute for Environment and Development, and has worked extensively on environmental advocacy and development projects in her country, Peru.

Ilona Kickbusch is the director of the Global Health Centre at the Graduate Institute Geneva. She is also a member of the WHO Independent High-Level Commission on NCDs.
Ilya Fischhoff

Ilya Fischhoff

Ilya Fischhoff recently finished postdoctoral work at Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies. There, he carried out disease ecology research, including on Lyme disease and predicting the capacity of mammal species to spread coronavirus. Ilya previously served as an AAAS science and technology policy fellow working at USAID on climate change and for then-Congressman Ed Markey and the House Natural Resources Committee. Ilya has also worked at the U.S. Global Change Research Program supporting the Third National Climate Assessment.
