Jack Barrie is a research fellow in the environment and society program at Chatham House. He specializes in the global transition to an inclusive circular economy. He is the project lead for Chatham House’s work on circular economy and trade and his current research focuses on identifying and understanding the intersections between the circular economy, international trade, global finance, and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Jack Odiwa is a seasoned policy advocacy and campaigns leader with more than eight years’ experience in Africa. He is currently the Africa advocacy adviser at Christian Aid. He has previously worked in similar regional advocacy roles within INGOs, including Mercy Corps, ActionAid, and Plan International. Jack is also currently a national chairperson of Kenya's Socio-Economic and Financial Inclusion Sector Working Group, which is a platform that convenes diverse stakeholders and policy makers.

Jack Sim a leading global advocate for sanitation. He founded World Toilet Organization in 2001. WTO has celebrated its founding day Nov. 19 as World Toilet Day along with other NGOs and civil society groups. In 2013, the United Nations designated the day as U.N. World Toilet Day. Jack Sim is an Ashoka Global Fellow and in 2008 was named Hero of the Environment by Time Magazine.

Dr. Jackson Otieno is the senior research and policy analyst at AFIDEP and technical co-lead of the Financing Accelerator Network for NCDs (FAN). Dr. Otieno brings over 18 years of professional work experience in national planning and development, strategic management and performance, and resource management. Prior to joining AFIDEP, Dr. Otieno worked with the Kenyan government, in different ministries and agencies, in the functions of health, planning, and development.

Jaco Cilliers

Jaco Cilliers is the country director of UNDP in India. Prior to that, he was the deputy resident representative for UNDP in Uzbekistan where he was responsible for the management and coordination of programme and operations. He also worked with UNDP Cyprus as senior programme manager and head of office. Before joining the United Nations, Cilliers worked as deputy regional director for Southern and Central Africa for an international NGO and in senior advisory and management positions for development organizations in various parts of the world. He has significant experience of working in development and conflict areas.
