She is currently designing a flexible, personalized, and accredited alternate learning model for out-of-school adolescents who are unable to benefit from traditional schooling systems. She has previous experience in strategy consulting, K-12 schools, research and policy and higher-education. She received an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in international relations, economics and political science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Janine Jagger is an epidemiologist, professor of medicine, and Becton Dickinson professor of health care worker safety at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She founded and directed the International Health Care Worker Safety Center at the University of Virginia. She informed a new generation of safety-engineered medical devices to reduce occupational transmission of bloodborne pathogens and was awarded U.S. patents for seven medical devices.

Jan Willem Rosenboom is a senior program officer in the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Strategy for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, based in Seattle. He is a public health engineer who has been fascinated by water and sanitation for many (many) years. At the foundation, he manages a substantial grant portfolio including investments in market research and market making, policy development, business model development, scaled sanitation service delivery and low-cost sanitation product development.

Jan-Willem Scheijgrond heads up the global network within Philips that is responsible for the relations with governments and related stakeholders to address societal challenges in particular in the area of large scale healthcare transformations. He is also responsible for partnerships with partners such as the United Nations, GAVI, and the World Economic Forum. In that role he is focusing on partnerships that strengthen health systems in support of achieving universal health coverage. He is a board member of the Partnership for Maternal and Newborn Child Health and a member of the Global Finance Facility Investors Group.

Jarno Habicht has been the WHO representative and head of the WHO country office in Ukraine since November 2018. He has also served as WHO representative and head of the WHO country office in Kyrgyzstan from 2015 to 2018 and Moldova from 2011 to 2015. He has been working for WHO since 2003 at the country level and is involved in numerous international initiatives on health systems and public health.

Jasmin Cooke is currently senior manager of global operations at Dalberg. She also served as a Dalberg strategy consultant focused on organizational efficiency, performance management and health. Prior to joining Dalberg, Cooke worked as a human capital consultant at Deloitte Consulting for two years specializing in change management.
