John Sauer is a senior technical advisor for water, sanitation, and hygiene programs at PSI. He provides support to various efforts such as executing market systems development programs. John’s focus is on breaking down barriers to growth and the achievement of lasting, higher coverage, and increased use of WASH products and services.

John Chukwuemeka Uruakpa is the director and head of the nutrition special program at Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health. A seasoned public servant whose professional experience spans over 28 years in nutrition programming and policy, he is a member of the Nutrition Society of Nigeria, or NSN, the National Food Fortification Alliance, and the country working group of the West Africa Bouillon Initiative, and president of the Nigeria country working group on rice fortification. He holds a master’s in food science and technology from the University of Ibadan.

Johnny Dubbaneh is a former assistant video editor at Devex. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a business degree and shortly thereafter discovered his interest in video production through spare time projects.

John O. Wilson, Ph.D., is an experienced environmental professional, coalition builder, and project manager. Wilson is currently a senior consultant for ME&A on the environment and climate change. Previously, he served as senior environmental officer at the U.S. Agency for International Development. Wilson spent over 30 years tackling a wide range of environmental, resource conservation, climate change, and water challenges confronting Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. He provided technical leadership and support to USAID missions and led implementation of cutting-edge and high-visibility water, science, and technology programs through innovative partnerships with MIT, NASA, IWWI, and other international donors and organizations.

John Patrick Groarke is a former member of the U.S. Senior Foreign Service with the rank of career minister. He has held multiple leadership positions, including four-time USAID mission director. He has served in various locations, including conflict zones such as Afghanistan and Iraq, and countries facing crises like Haiti after the earthquake, and South Africa during health emergencies.

John W McArthur is a visiting fellow in the Brookings Institution's Global Economy and Development Program and senior fellow with the U.N. Foundation. He previously managed the U.N. Millennium Project, the advisory body to Secretary-General Kofi Annan; served as CEO of Millennium Promise, the international non-governmental organization; and taught as a faculty member at Columbia University.
