Katharine Tapley is a senior banking and sustainable finance executive with an extensive background leading high-performance teams at ANZ. As head of sustainable finance at ANZ, she leads a 25-person team across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe, which is responsible for supporting ANZ’s clients to finance their ESG strategies and net-zero transition. Her team delivers product solutions across sustainable finance markets, manages ANZ’s sustainability bond issuance program, and oversees ANZ’s $50 billion sustainable finance target.

Katherina Thomas is a global health researcher who responded to Ebola outbreaks in Liberia and the Democratic of the Congo, and a visiting researcher at MIT and Harvard University.

Katherine Aguirre is a Colombian economist and researcher with the Igarapé Institute. She has extensive experience in the areas of research and evaluating security and development programs. Katherine has a master's in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Switzerland. Her work focuses on empirical methods to establish factual foundations to guide effective policymaking in the fields of public security, peace, and development.
