He was previously managing director at an international children’s legal center, leading a team of international lawyers working on child rights, including the right to health, and served as CEO at an international mental health charity specializing in niche mental health services, supporting young people and adults with complex mental health, personality disorder, and substance misuse problems.

Kedest Mathewos is a research associate to Agnes Binagwaho, vice chancellor of the University of Global Health Equity. Prior to joining UGHE, Kedest worked with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and completed various public health and economics research projects. Kedest holds a Bachelor of Arts in global health and a Bachelor of Science in economics from Duke University. She is passionate about the international development field, with a particular interest in health systems strengthening.

Kees Kodde

Kees Kodde is a coordinator for Fair Finance International at Oxfam Novib. Previously, he also served as a program officer for Oxfam Novib, as well as a campaigns director for Friends of the Earth, a development worker for a human rights NGO in the Dominican Republic and Haiti, and a campaigner and project coordinator for Greenpeace. Kees graduated as a political scientist at the Catholic University of Nijmegen in 1991.
