Kerry Bruce is Pact’s senior director for global health and measurement. She has worked in the public health sector for more than 20 years. Since joining Pact in 2011, she has spearheaded Pact’s annual Measuring the Mission Report and has moved the organization towards mobile technology use and centralized measurement systems.

Kesete Admasu

Dr. Kesete Admasu served as minister of health of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia from 2012 to 2016. He has dedicated his career to public service and scientific research focused on major public health problems in Ethiopia and has received numerous national and international awards. A medical doctor by training with a Masters degree in public health, Dr. Kesete has served in a number of clinical and public health positions. He has worked as a public private partnership team leader, the CEO of a tertiary hospital, and the director general of health promotion and disease prevention before assuming his current position as CEO of the RBM Partnership To End Malaria.

Previously, he served as the director of pandemic response for the minister of health in Ontario, where he played a central role in overseeing the province’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout and testing strategy.

Kevin Murphy is the president of ExxonMobil Foundation and manager of corporate citizenship and global community investments for Exxon Mobil Corporation. Prior to joining the company in 2004, he held several positions in Washington, D.C., including his final position as deputy assistant secretary for energy and environmental technologies at the International Trade Administration. Kevin currently serves on the board of directors of the World Affairs Council of Dallas-Fort Worth and the National Forest Foundation.

A specialist in strategy and business development as well as a fixture in the anti-malaria community, he served for more than a decade at the United Nations Foundation, sat on the board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and was vice chairman of the board at the Roll Back Malaria partnership.

Kevin Watkins is the chief executive of Save the Children UK. He joined the Overseas Development Institute as executive director in June 2013. He is a former nonresident senior fellow with the Center for Universal Education at the Brookings Institution, and was previously director and lead author of the U.N.'s Human Development Report And the Education for All Global Monitoring Report. Before joining the U.N., he worked for 13 years at Oxfam. He is a visiting professor of international development at the London School of Economics and senior visiting fellow at Oxford University's Global Economic Governance Program.
