Lauren Olosky is a researcher at the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security. Her research focus is primarily on climate change, conflict, and gender issues. She is a senior at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Lauren Ralph is an epidemiologist in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the University of California, San Francisco. Her research is dedicated to better understanding the drivers and consequences of unintended pregnancy among women worldwide, with a particular focus on adolescent and young adult women.

Lauren Whitehead is a program manager for the Ultra Poor Graduation Initiative at BRAC, where she promotes global advocacy and technical assistance for the Graduation approach. Prior to joining BRAC, she was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to Ecuador where she supported the launch and evaluation of one of the first Graduation pilots led by the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees. Lauren possesses a background in research, fundraising, and program design with a focus on livelihoods and financial inclusion, and holds degrees from Princeton University and Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.

As head of communications and awareness for the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, Lauren Wyper has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands and NGOs to bring about positive change through communications. A specialist in health advocacy, she has delivered global communication strategies with a focus on Asia-Pacific and Africa. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a master's in History and has an international background, having lived in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, North America, and Europe.

Lauren Carruth is a medical anthropologist specializing in humanitarian assistance, global health, food security, refugees, and the Horn of Africa. Most of her continuing ethnographic work focuses on the lasting social and health system effects of episodic humanitarian interventions in the Somali Region of Ethiopia.

Laurence Carter is the senior director for infrastructure, public-private partnerships, and guarantees at the World Bank Group. The IPG Group advises on the strategic direction and goals for the WBG on PPPs, supports coordination across the WBG, promotes partnerships and facilitates global knowledge about PPPs.

Laurie Lee is an advocate and practitioner in the global development and humanitarian sectors. Lee previously worked as chief executive of CARE International UK. Before that, he was Africa director at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, opening offices in Abuja, Addis Ababa, Johannesburg, and London. He served as a senior civil servant in the now-closed Department for International Development and development policy adviser to former British Prime Minister Tony Blair for the 2005 Gleneagles G-8 Summit.

Since 2004, Laurie Garrett has been a senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. Her expertise includes global health systems, chronic and infectious diseases, and bioterrorism.
