Dr. André Tchouatieu has more than 20 years of experience in delivery and access to care in Africa. Currently, he is a director of access and product management at MMV where he leads the chemoprevention strategy. Prior to working with MMV, he spent 12 years with Sanofi as country manager in Burundi, a medical adviser for eastern Africa based in Nairobi, and a global malaria senior medical manager in Paris. Prior to this, he had served as a field physician with Médecins Sans Frontières France in East Africa.

Andrés Hueso is senior policy analyst for sanitation at WaterAid, providing strategic leadership to WaterAid's global sanitation advocacy agenda since early 2014. He is a cross-disciplinary expert, combining an engineering background and eight years as a development scholar, having conducted research in different countries in South America, Africa and South Asia.

Andrew Alli is CEO of the Africa Finance Corp. Under his stewardship, AFC has undertaken over $300m in investments across Africa, financing high-impact projects like a West African submarine cable, a wind farm in Cape Verde, a toll road in South Africa or a green power plant in Ghana.

Andrew Bastawrous is CEO and co-founder of Peek Vision, a social enterprise that develops smartphone technology and public health tools to help eye health organizations improve their services. Bastawrous is also an ophthalmologist and associate professor in international eye health at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. He has worked and undertaken research in over 20 countries, including two years in Kenya where he led a major eye disease study, and the development of Peek.

Andrew Black is the team leader (development assistance) at the Secretariat of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC). Before joining the Secretariat of the WHO FCTC in 2016, Andrew was a civil servant at the United Kingdom Department of Health, where he had many roles, including tobacco program manager for almost a decade.

Andrew Bredenkamp is board chair of Translators without Borders. He has over 20 years of experience in multilingual content development and is the founder of a language artificial intelligence company based in Berlin. He has been working for the last six months on special tech projects in Congo and beyond.

Andrew Green, a 2025 Alicia Patterson Fellow, works as a contributing reporter for Devex from Berlin.

Andrew, before moving to project management, worked at world-renowned think tanks, major trade associations, in the political realm providing in-depth research and policy analysis on a range of transnational issues. Andrew exemplifies Office:FMA's research methodology and approach to problem solving, focusing on understanding the conflicting and congruent motivations for groups of actors in complex environments.

Andrew Herscowitz is the CEO of Rockefeller Catalytic Capital’s Mission 300 Accelerator. His previous roles include executive director of ODI North America, chief development officer at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, and coordinator for Power Africa.
