Andrew Lewis is senior vice president for Chemonics' Asia division. Previously, he served as Chemonics’ senior vice president for both the South Asia, and the Egypt, North Africa and Yemen regions. An education, youth and workforce development specialist, Lewis joined Chemonics in 2009 as an education practice director providing technical assistance and leadership to Chemonics’ education portfolio. He has managed projects in Egypt, Georgia, and Zambia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Tennessee and has done graduate work at the George Washington University and Tulane University.

A seasoned, innovative professional with more than 20 years experience in international business and international development, Andrew has worked in some 70 countries, with special emphasis on emerging markets in Africa, Latin America and Asia.

Andrew Mitchell was appointed as a minister of state in the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office in 2022. He was previously secretary of state for international development from 2010 to 2012.

Andrew Natsios is a former administrator of the United States Agency for International Development and is currently an executive professor at the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.

Andrew (Drew) Otoo, PharmD, is the president of global vaccines at MSD. Drew is a career pharmaceutical professional and executive leader in vaccines with over 20 years of experience in global marketing and commercialization. He is committed to strategy, scientific rigor and leadership excellence through cross-functional collaboration, people development and communications. Drew holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Andrew Palmer is senior engagement and advocacy adviser for Development Initiatives. Currently based in New York, he leads the organization’s involvement in the post-2015 development agenda and the Open Government Partnership. Before joining Development Initiatives, Palmer worked for an international healthcare company and international development adviser in the British Parliament.

Andrew Pattison is team lead for digital channels in the department of digital health and innovation at the World Health Organization. At WHO, Andy strives to amplify vital public health messages to more people through more channels. During the COVID-19 emergency, Andy has engaged the digital sector to support this mission and leads a task force of over 40 companies working to tackle misinformation, raise quality content, and develop new digital channels. Andy has also been the web lead for over 35 emergencies while at WHO, with deployments to the Africa region to support both Ebola and cholera outbreaks.

Andrew Purkis is a former trustee and chair of ActionAid and former board member of the Charity Commission.

Andrew Rogerson is senior research associate at the Overseas Development Institute. His main area of interest is the changing architecture of development cooperation, publishing extensively on the subject. Previously, Rogerson worked at the OECD and advised its development assistance committee; was head of the human development group at the U.K. Department for International Development; and spent 26 years on the staff at the World Bank.
