Mana Muhammad Al-Ansari

Mana Muhammad Al-Ansari

Mana Muhammad Al-Ansari is the director of external affairs at Qatar Charity, leading global partnerships and advocacy to advance humanitarian efforts. Since joining in 2022 as director of emergency and relief, he has managed operations across 33 country offices and built partnerships in 46 countries. Previously, he served as manager of government relations at Qatar Financial Centre and as assistant manager of international labor affairs at Qatar’s Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour, and Social Affairs. Al-Ansari holds a bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Leeds and a law degree from Hamad Bin Khalifa University.

Mandeep Dhaliwal

Mandeep Dhaliwal is the director of UNDP’s HIV and health group, Bureau of Policy and Program Support. Dhaliwal brings to the organization over 25 years of experience working on HIV, health, human rights, and evidence-based policy and programming in low- and middle-income countries. She joined UNDP in 2008 and was the architect of the Global Commission on HIV and the Law.

Mandeep Tiwana

Mandeep Tiwana is the chief officer for evidence and engagement at CIVICUS and the organization's representative to the U.N. A human rights lawyer by training, Tiwana specializes in legislation relating to the core civil society freedoms of expression, association, and peaceful assembly. He is passionate about improving civil society’s participation in decision making and has written extensively on the intersection between civil society, sustainable development, and international affairs.

Mandy McAnally is a former associate director of marketing and communications for Devex with 10 years of experience in journalism and communications with a focus on international health and development. She was previously with Population Services International where she led and executed strategic communications campaigns across digital and print platforms, and edited its flagship publication, Impact Magazine.
Mandy Slutsker

Mandy Slutsker

Mandy Slutsker has over 10 years of experience working in global public health. She joined RESULTS Educational Fund in April 2010 where she now works as a policy and advocacy manager for ACTION, a global health advocacy partnership that spans 13 countries across five continents. Mandy coordinates the partnership’s advocacy on tuberculosis and HIV, has served on the World Health Organization Civil Society Task Force for TB, and currently co-chairs the TB High-Level Meeting Civil Society and Affected Communities Advisory Panel.
Manika Lall

Manika Lall

Manika Lall is the associate director of public affairs at Gilead Sciences, where she is part of Gilead’s Corporate Citizen team. Lall directs the company’s grant-making to organizations working to expand access to health care services for HIV, viral hepatitis, and visceral Leishmaniasis in low- and middle-income countries. Prior to Gilead, Lall worked for another United States biotech company, bringing innovative solutions to link patients to care.

Manish Bapna is the executive vice president and managing director of the World Resources Institute, a global research organization that works to address six urgent sustainability challenges: food, forests, water, climate, energy, and cities. Manish oversees WRI’s programs, chairs WRI’s management team, and works to strengthen the impact of WRI research.

Manisha Anantharaman is an associate fellow in the environment and society program at Chatham House and an associate professor of justice, community, and leadership at Saint Mary’s College of California, USA. Her research connects sustainable development with environmental justice — applying participatory and ethnographic methodologies to examine power, justice, and equity in sustainability policy and practice.

In her current role at Chemonics, she works on digital media, online information, and usable security initiatives and provides hands-on technical support to our programs globally.
Manoj Gopalakrishna

Manoj Gopalakrishna

Manoj Gopalakrishna, a Wharton alumnus and CEO of CARE India, has nearly three decades of experience in the Indian health sector, holding leadership positions in various public and private organizations including HLL Lifecare; Becton, Dickinson and Company; and HCL Healthcare. He has experience incubating and scaling innovative social marketing and maternal health care service models, forming public-private partnerships, and developing ambulatory health care delivery models, and he is an active participant in the health care startup ecosystem of India.
