Martin Edlund is the chief executive officer of Malaria No More, a globally recognized nonprofit with the visionary mission to end humanity’s oldest, deadliest disease in our lifetimes. Edlund also serves as executive director of the Health Finance Coalition.

After a successful career with Texaco and Chevron in fuels and convenience store sales and marketing, franchising, supply chain, storage and transport across 75 countries, he served as Haiti Country Representative for Population Services International from February 2012 to August 2014.

Martin Griffiths was appointed under-secretary-general for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator in May 2021. Prior to that, since 2018 he had served as the secretary-general’s special envoy for Yemen. Between 2014 and 2018, he served as the first executive director of the European Institute of Peace. Between 2012 and 2014, he served as an adviser to all three special envoys of the secretary-general for Syria, and deputy head of the United Nations Supervision Mission in Syria. From 1999 to 2010, Mr. Griffiths was the founding director of the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue in Geneva.

Martin Herren works in environmental policy, focusing on climate change and environmental governance. He is examining the potential of agroecology to hedge against climate change impacts. In Biovision’s policy and advocacy division, he is involved in the promotion of agroecological policies and strategies at national and county levels in Kenya.

Martin Palmer is interim chief executive of FaithInvest, an international nonprofit organization that assists faith groups to invest in line with their beliefs and values.

As director of policy at Omidyar Network, Martin Tisne brings extensive experience advocating for change in government and donor policies and driving sector-level change in the field of government transparency and accountability. Based in London, Martin leads policy, advocacy strategy, and related investments for the global Governance & Citizen Engagement initiative.

Martín Abregú is vice president for international programs at the Ford Foundation. He works on designing and implementing a vision for the foundation’s work at the global level, seeking to respond to the global drivers of inequality by bringing new voices and perspectives into the international arena.
