Max Wilder is the evaluation and learning adviser at Start Network, working on the Global Start Fund. This fund offers rapid response funding to address under-the-radar, small-medium-scale crises, filling a critical gap in the humanitarian aid system. Max is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning professional within the humanitarian and international development sector. He holds a Master of Science in International Development from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in International Environment and Development from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.

Máximo Torero Cullen is the chief economist of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Prior to joining FAO, he had been executive director at the World Bank Group since November 2016 and, before the bank, Torero led the Markets, Trade, and Institutions Division at the IFPRI.

Maya spearheaded the foundation's work on the first development impact bond and impact-linked loans.

Al Zoubi started working at Chemonics International in 2015, and today leads Injaz’s Technical Department.

With the local NGO Green Development Advocates, she supports local communities and Indigenous peoples in Cameroon and the wider Congo basin in demanding respect for their rights, through advocacy, training, and capacity-building activities.

Mduduzi NN Mbuya

Mduduzi NN Mbuya is currently director of knowledge leadership, where he is responsible for research and evaluation at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN). He works with colleagues to generate and use evidence to guide improved program design and implementation and to fill critical gaps in the global evidence. Mduduzi is a Zimbabwean national and has worked for over two decades on nutrition-sensitive programs and policy in LMICs.
