Munira Muhammad Abdul is from Nigeria. She studied biology education; is an international exchange alumna; a global youth ambassador for TheirWorld on quality education, and a youth mentor and a fellow of the Kectil Leadership program. She is the founder of the Pads With a Difference program, which aims to create menstrual health awareness and end period poverty in schoolgirls. She is also the co-founder of the End Malaria Initiative, which aims to fight malaria and empower women and children affected by the malaria epidemic in Nigeria.

Munkhtuya Altangerel serves as resident representative for the United Nations Development Programme Pacific Office in Fiji.

Murtala Mai is chief of country and program strategy at Pathfinder International. He joined Pathfinder in 2002 as project manager of the Private Sector Family Planning & Reproductive Health project in northern Nigeria. He then served as a country representative in Nigeria and Ghana before joining the Evidence to Action Project as senior technical adviser for community-based services. He later became E2A’s director of field support and then senior program director.

Musa Okwonga is a journalist, poet, broadcaster, musician, and PR consultant currently based in Berlin, Germany. He has written for several publications, including The Guardian, The New Statesman, ESPN and The New York Times, and is the author of two books on football, the first of which, A Cultured Left Foot, was nominated for the 2008 William Hill Sports Book of the Year. She has worked in public policy, political analysis, strategic communications, and advocacy campaigns across multidisciplinary fields. She holds a Master of Science in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and a double Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala.
