Nabeeha M. Kazi is President and CEO of Humanitas Global and serves as Chair of the Community for Zero Hunger. Nabeeha Kazi has lead food and nutrition, infectious disease, maternal and child health and human rights initiatives around the world. She specializes in behavior change, policy advocacy, community mobilization, public-private partnership development and sustainability planning.

Nabeeha Kazi Hutchins serves as president and CEO of PAI. For close to 60 years, PAI has been championing sexual and reproductive health and rights as essential to development progress, including the achievement of health equity, gender equality, and economic achievement. Nabeeha brings more than 25 years of movement building, policy advocacy, and community engagement experience in HIV/AIDS, food and nutrition security, maternal, newborn and child health, and conservation. She has dedicated her career to supporting equitable health, social, and development outcomes across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Nabeela Ahmed joined Devex for a summer reporting fellowship. Afterward, began to pursue a master’s degree in international relations and communications at Boston University. Nabeela holds a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Cambridge University. She has monitored microfinance and education projects for an NGO in India and completed internships at the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office, BBC Radio and the Independent newspaper. She has also written feature and news stories for two high-profile finance trade magazines based in London, and freelanced for several U.K.-based trade publications.

Nadia Ahidjo

Nadia Ahidjo is a global development professional specializing in the application of gender analysis in philanthropy, advocacy, and policy work. She has over 13 years of experience supporting women’s rights organizations in numerous countries and across all regions of Africa. Her work helps WROs in crisis- and conflict-affected and fragile situations to effectively use data to advocate for their right to education and make their voices heard in decision-making processes.

Nadia Aït Zaï, born in Algeria, serves as an expert in the Economic and Social Rights Subgroup of the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights. She also teaches at the Faculty of Law at the University of Algiers. She has devoted her career to women's issues and children's rights. In 2002, she created the Centre d’Information et de Documentation sur les Droits de l’Enfant et de la Femme/ Fondation pour l'Egalité, (The Information and Documentation Center on the Rights of the Child and the Woman / Foundation for Equality).

She is a principal research fellow with a proleptic academic appointment at the UCL Institute for Sustainable Resources. Her work explores the cross-cutting role of finance in the global transition to a low-carbon economy, with a particular emphasis on avenues for integrating finance elements into climate policy design to trigger investment growth.
