Nandita Thatte

Nandita Thatte leads the IBP Network secretariat in the department of sexual and reproductive health and research at WHO in Geneva, Switzerland. Her portfolio includes leveraging IBP partners to support the dissemination and use of evidence-based interventions and guidelines, inform implementation research, and foster collaboration. Prior to joining WHO, Thatte was a senior adviser in the Office of Population and Reproductive Health at USAID.

She has worked on women's rights for the past 10 years. Before joining the U.N., Nanette worked as a journalist, mainly for print media in her native Germany and abroad, with a focus on humanitarian and development issues.

Nanette Cocero is the global president of Pfizer Vaccines. Nanette leads a team of 1,500 colleagues and manages a diverse vaccines portfolio aimed at protecting lives at all stages, partnering with governments, civic organizations, and others in the biopharmaceutical industry to accelerate global public health progress. She is also chair of the International Federation of Pharmaceuticals and Manufacturers Association Vaccine CEO Steering Committee.
Nanthalile Mugala

Nanthalile Mugala

Nanthalile Mugala is chief of the African region at PATH. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance, as well as overseeing program activities in the region. Mugala is a seasoned leader and public health expert with more than 25 years of experience leading and implementing programs and services related to HIV, malaria, reproductive health, child and newborn health, and nutrition. Before assuming her current position, she served as country director for PATH’s Zambia program.

Naoko Yamamoto

Naoko Yamamoto serves as assistant director-general for universal health coverage and health systems at the World Health Organization. Dr. Yamamoto has nearly 30 years of experience working on health in Japan and most recently served as senior assistant Minister for global heath in Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
