Ogweno Stephen is the founder and CEO of Stowelink Inc., Kenya, an organization that he has grown to create and implement numerous health programs reaching 10 African countries. In addition to this, he also serves as a steering member of the World Health Organization Noncommunicable Disease Lab, where he works with WHO to improve action on noncommunicable diseases. Ogweno is also a multiple award-winning entrepreneur who in 2021 was recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Young Leaders in Africa.

A global alliance of Leonard Cheshire charities works to improve the lives of persons with disabilities in 54 countries. Leonard Cheshire’s ambitious five-year international strategy aims to enrich lives and promote independence for more than 100,000 people.

Kula dedicated much of his career increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of rural and agricultural market systems. In addition to working for a number of international NGOs, he has operated his own companies in the trade and construction sectors.

Olajumoke Adebayo

Olajumoke Adebayo is a midwife and advocate in Nigeria. She’s part of the International Confederation of Midwives’ Young Midwife Leaders program. She’s also the founder of Reprolife, a social enterprise that provides access to reproductive health information and services for young Nigerians, especially girls and women. Olajumoke engages midwives in advocacy for better working conditions and is creating a policy framework to strengthen midwifery care.

Olamide Oguntoye leads policy programs at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change focusing on energy, climate, and innovation. He has a background in strategy consulting and has served as a senior consultant to leading tech companies in the United Kingdom, Nigeria, and Germany. He is active in discussions about tech in Africa, its role in sustainable development, and the opportunities that it creates for investors.

Olanike Adeyemo is a professor in the department of veterinary public health and preventive medicine at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a 2021 Aspen New Voices fellow. Adeyemo advocates for an integrated One Health workforce to support a cohesive approach for a healthier world.
Oleg Chestnov

Oleg Chestnov

Dr. Oleg Chestnov was appointed assistant director-general for noncommunicable diseases and mental health in February 2012. Prior to that, he was the deputy director for international relations at the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation. He began his career as a physician working at the primary care level in various states within the former Soviet Union. Chestnov worked in several countries affected by conflict as well as natural and technical disasters, where he was engaged in managing the delivery of humanitarian aid assistance.

Oleg Kucheryavenko

Oleg Kucheryavenko is a senior consultant at the World Bank. He is a public health professional with 10 years of experience in global health working in the areas of maternal and child health, domestic resource mobilization, financial protection, and financial instruments, including results-based financing and buydowns. Prior to the World Bank, he coordinated health policy and advocacy efforts in the Oxfam's program on Empowering Civil Society in an Unequal Multipolar World. He is a recipient of the World Bank President's Award for Excellence (2017).

Olena Pavlenko

Olena Pavlenko, Ph.D., is the president and co-founder of the Ukrainian DiXi Group think tank and Ukrainian Energy, an online media platform on Ukrainian energy issues. Olena has worked in the energy sector for more than 20 years. She is a board member of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative, or EITI; deputy head of Ukraine’s EITI Multi-Stakeholder Group; and served as a nonstaff adviser to the Ukrainian minister of energy and minister of foreign affairs. fDiXi Group has supported the Ukrainian government with the development of the National Energy and Climate Plan through 2030 — adopted in June 2024 — and is now working on the development of Ukraine’s critical raw materials strategy.

Olimar Maisonet-Guzman

Olimar Maisonet-Guzman works as policy coordinator for IREX's Center for Collaborative Technologies where she explores the use of emerging technologies such as drones, data, and new media in international development and citizen engagement. Previously, she worked at the U.S. State Department and as a policy coordinator for the United Nations Rio+20 and the post-2015 negotiations.
