Patricia Atieno Ong’wen is the deputy project director for the PharmPrEP project, Jhpiego Kenya. She was the deputy project director on the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-funded Jilinde project, the first PrEP scale up project in Africa. She has worked with at-risk populations to improve their health and well-being in Africa.

Patricia Bland Nicklin, MBA, is the vice president of global partnerships, marketing and communications of Management Sciences for Health. She leads the organization's external relations and communications activities, including building partnerships with private donors, corporations and foundations, and strengthening MSH's overall brand. Working in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, Pat has launched three national nonprofits and two companies, built public/private partnerships and led many marketing and development campaigns. She currently oversees the No More Epidemics Campaign, led by MSH, Save the Children, International Medical Corps and AFENET.

Patricia T. Morris is president of Women Thrive Worldwide and an internationally known gender and development expert with more than 20 years experience working across five continents.

Canagasingham previously served as CEO of Toronto-based Children Believe and as COO at Oxfam International. Before that, he held senior leadership roles in World Vision in Canada and East Asia.

Patrick Fine is the chief executive officer of FHI 360. Prior to joining the organization, he served as the vice president for compact operations at the Millennium Challenge Corp. He was also the senior vice president of the Global Learning Group at the Academy for Educational Development from 2006 to 2010.

U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT) is the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Leahy ranks first in seniority in the Senate.
