Patrick Murray is head of policy and external affairs at New Philanthropy Capital. He is responsible for leading, developing and delivering NPC’s policy, think tank and development activities.

He specializes in research on the global transition to an inclusive circular economy, with a focus on closing the investment gap and the contribution of circular approaches to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

Mr. Patrick Tippoo is the chief science and innovation officer at Biovac in South Africa and is a founding member of the African Vaccine Manufacturing Initiative where he has served as executive director for more than 10 years.

Patrick Verkooijen is CEO of the Global Center on Adaptation. He is also professor of practice of sustainable development diplomacy at The Fletcher School at Tufts University and visiting professor at Wageningen University and Research Center. A Dutch national, he became special representative for climate change at the World Bank in July 2012, and represented the World Bank in U.N. meetings on climate change.

As an adviser to the Global Panel on Agriculture and Food Systems for Nutrition, Patrick Webb provides guidance on evidence based policy. He is a professor of international nutrition at Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. His expertise is in food security, agricultural development and humanitarian emergency response.

Patrick Norrell is an international development professional with 15 years of experience in both field implementation and home office oversight of interventions ranging from matching grants to training/capacity building and volunteer-based technical assistance. Norrell currently serves as Tetra Tech’s director for agriculture and economic growth, with responsibility for managing and growing Tetra Tech's portfolio in the sector.

Patsy Bailey is a scientist for reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health at FHI 360. Her expertise includes evaluation, family planning, maternal health, and post-abortion care.
