Rémy Rioux

Rémy Rioux has been CEO of the French Agency for Development since 2016. He is also chairman of the International Development Finance Club, an alliance of 26 development banks providing global development and climate finance. Former negotiator at the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference on climate financing, he founded the Finance in Common movement in 2020. Rémy Rioux heads a coalition of more than 530 public development banks committed to supporting Sustainable Development Goals and Paris Agreement. In June 2023, the Summit for a New Financial Pact held in Paris, which brought together over 400 leaders, hosted FiCS as a model of sustainable finance.

Ren Minghui

Ren Minghui is the assistant director-general for universal health coverage/communicable and noncommunicable diseases at the World Health Organization. In this role, he oversees a complex portfolio of technical programs covering HIV, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, malaria, neglected tropical diseases, sexually transmitted infections, NCDs, mental health and substance use. He currently represents the WHO on the boards of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, as well as UNAIDS, and UNITAID.

Renate Baehr

Renate Baehr

Renate Baehr is the executive director of DSW — Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevölkerung. She has a longstanding record of successful advocacy, policy and public awareness-raising work in the fields of global health and sexual and reproductive health and rights in Germany and Europe. She played the lead role in establishing DSW’s Parliamentary Advisory Committee in 2003, regularly advises the German parliament on SRHR issues and serves as a member of the international high-level taskforce for ICPD.

He previously served as director general of finance at the European Investment Bank, treasurer of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and various positions at the World Bank Group, including Treasurer of the IFC.

Dr. René Berríos is the director of the National Blood Service and head of the Care Center for Hemophilia of the Nicaraguan Red Cross. Berríos has more than 24 years of experience in the area of blood services. His past leadership roles include director of the National Blood Program of Nicaraguan Red Cross from 2000 to 2009.

Renuka Gadde is vice president for global health at BD. She provides leadership for BD’s global health initiatives primarily focusing on emerging and developing countries. Her responsibilities include extensive external engagement with ministries of health, international agencies, and nongovernment organizations, and significant internal engagement across BD's units, geographies, and functions in support of strategies, products, and programs that advance equitable access to health for all people.

Rhea Lobo is a public health advocate based out of Denmark, an extrapulmonary tuberculosis survivor, and an alt board member of the Stop TB Partnership. She is also an international award-winning filmmaker and leads communications for the Union World Conference on Lung Health.
Rhea Saksena

Rhea Saksena

Rhea Saksena is an active health advocate. She works as a medical doctor in the National Health Service in the United Kingdom, and is the global policy coordinator for NCDFREE, a global social movement that aims to create a world free of NCDs. She completed her undergraduate studies in global health at the Institute of Global Health, University College London, and graduated from the University College London MBBS program.
