Rhiannan Price is director of the sustainable development practice at Maxar. Price works with partners across the development and humanitarian spectrum. She focuses on bridging the gap between what is technically feasible and what is needed by global development practitioners.

Rhiannon Davis is executive director at Advocaid. She brings 15 years of experience in strategic communications and campaigns across corporate, political, and not-for-profit sectors to AdvocAid. Before joining the team in Sierra Leone, she worked in the United Kingdom for Network Rail, a multi-billion pound infrastructure company, and served as an elected politician in local government, and as an adviser to senior U.K. Members of Parliament. She is passionate about supporting women’s empowerment.

Rhys Williams is communications officer at the European Center for Development Policy Management. He has a master's degree in global politics from the University of London, and a bachelor's in economics from Cardiff University. Previously, he was an analyst and communications assistant at Development Initiatives.

Ric Shreves is a senior advisor on Mercy Corps’ Technology for Development team. In that role, he manages the field technology testing program through which Mercy Corps explores new technologies and innovations for humanitarian aid and development. Ric is also the subject matter lead for blockchain tech at Mercy Corps and the author of a white paper on distributed ledger technology, “A Revolution in Trust,” published by Mercy Corps in May 2017.

Ricardo Miguel Morales Chaires is a cultural manager from Nuevo León, Mexico, with 25 years of experience in the field of community development and popular education. He is an advocate for interculturality and the rights of Indigenous people. Throughout his career, he has worked both in civil society organizations and in government, focusing on the empowerment of youth and adults in communities considered highly marginalized. His work revolves around fostering citizen participation and collaborative efforts.

Rich Alton is the director of emerging research at the Christensen Institute, where he analyzes the latest technology trends through the lens of disruptive innovation and its related theories.

Rich Mallett is a researcher at the Overseas Development Institute, where he works full time on the Secure Livelihoods Research Consortium: a six-year global research program exploring livelihoods, service delivery and state building in conflict-affected places.

Richard Amalvy is CEO at Brazzaville Foundation. He has a long record as a leader of international NGOs and has co-designed peace programs in the African Great Lakes Region, the Middle East, and the former Yugoslavia. He also served as youth policy consultant at the World Bank; public and general affairs consultant at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development; board member of the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe; and vice-president of the Conference of NGOs at the U.N.

Richard Bailey serves as the president of the Americas and is responsible for the performance of HP’s business across PCs, printers, graphics solutions, 3D printing and managed services for both commercial and consumer segments. Reporting to the CEO, Richard is a member of the HP Global Executive Leadership team and governs HP’s operations and personnel in the Americas region.
