Richard Lugar

Former Sen. Richard Lugar served Indiana in the U.S. Senate from 1977 to 2013. He is the president of The Lugar Center, which addresses critical issues including food security, foreign aid effectiveness, WMD nonproliferation and bipartisan governance. He is also an honorary co-chair of the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network.
Richard Manning

Richard Manning

Richard Manning is currently the chair of the board of the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation, and a senior research fellow at the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford. As chair of the OECD Development Assistance Committee, he was closely involved in efforts leading to the 2005 Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness. In 2009, he authored a report on the Millennium Development Goals for DfID and the Danish Institute for International Studies.
Richard McCall

Richard McCall

Richard McCall is senior vice president and chairman of the Council of Senior Advisors at Creative Associates International. Prior to joining Creative, Dick spent more than 30 years with the U.S. government, first in Senate offices on Capitol Hill and later at the U.S. Agency for International Development. Among his many accomplishments as an international conflict intervention expert, Dick has received commendations for his contributions to the peace process in El Salvador, while serving as a professional staff member on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Richard Parker joined the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition after serving as director of communications for the Peace Corps. Previously, Parker served at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services focusing on international health issues. He also worked in public affairs for the state of Virginia and communications and marketing for the American Red Cross and Levi Strauss & Co. He holds a master’s in public policy from Regent University and a bachelor’s in business from N.C. State University.

Richard Saynor was appointed CEO at Sandoz in 2019, with a mission to turn the Novartis generics and biosimilars division into the world’s leading and most valued generics company. Today, these efforts are well on track. Sandoz reaches 500 million patients a year with its broad portfolio of affordable medicines. Saynor was named Leader of the Year in the 2020 Global Generics & Biosimilars Awards for his efforts. Saynor has a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He previously held regional leadership roles at Sandoz between 2005 and 2010.

Richard Ssewakiryanga is a prominent civil society figure in Africa and beyond. He currently serves as executive director of Uganda National NGO Platform, a “sharing and reflection platform for NGOs to influence governance and development processes in Uganda, and enhance their operating environment.” He is also a member of the Open Forum’s global facilitation group.

Richenda Van Leeuwen

Richenda Van Leeuwen is an energy access expert who led Energy Access at the UN Foundation and with the UN Sustainable Energy for All Initiative from 2010-2016. She launched and led the now 2,500 member "Energy Access Practitioner Network," focused on off-grid and mini-grid renewable energy solutions. She is currently chair, international institutions at the Global LPG Partnership, addressing cooking energy access, and a member of the World Bank's Energy Program Technical Advisory Group.

He has more than 25 years experience in international development, focusing on organizational effectiveness, resiliency & staff care, strategic planning, and management & admin, and has traveled extensively working on development programs in 72 countries.
