He reported on all the key events in British politics of the past 25 years from Westminster, including the financial crash, the Brexit fallout, the "Partygate" scandal, and the departures of Boris Johnson and Liz Truss. For 10 years Rob van den Berg was the director of the Independent Evaluation Office of the Global Environment Facility situated in the World Bank. As a visiting professor at King's College London and a visiting fellow at the Institute of Development Studies he has become more convinced than ever of the need to incorporate these safeguards, as this is essential for ensuring sufficient financial rates of return and sustainable development. He is the president of the International Development Evaluation Association.

He is a social scientist and public health promotion adviser with over 25 years of international experience working in public health, social protection, and humanitarian assistance in developing and transitional member states. Butler’s areas of experience and knowledge include behavioral/community insight methodology and social science interventions for public health.

Robbie Gregorowski is an associate director at Itad where he has been leading the climate resilience portfolio since 2009. He is currently leading the M&E for the £150 million DFID Building Resilience and Adaptation for Climate Extremes and Disaster (BRACED) programme. Robbie has considerable expertise in monitoring and evaluation, particularly in the fields of climate change resilience, evidence-informed policy, and organisational assessment.

Robert Agyarko, the lead advisor on outbreaks and epidemics at Africa Risk Capacity, is an international development and global health expert with over 25 years work experience including with WHO, UNICEF, the Global Fund, and African Leaders Malaria Alliance. He has supported numerous African countries to control infectious diseases, including malaria, HIV/AIDS, Ebola and more recently, COVID-19.

Robert Mosbacher Jr. was President and CEO of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, now known as the Development Finance Corporation (DFC), from 2005-2009. He was instrumental in the passage of the BUILD Act and currently serves as the Chair of the Development Advisory Council created under the BUILD Act.. He is Chair of the Board of Mosbacher Energy Company, a family-owned business which is located in Houston, Texas.
