Robert O’Keefe is vice president of the Health Effects Institute, president of HEI-Energy, and chair emeritus of Clean Air Asia. He has lead major HEI programs that independently assess the health impact of air pollution from domestic and global sources, including those driven by climate concerns for over two decades.

Robert Picciotto

Robert Picciotto served as director-general of the Independent Evaluation Group at the World Bank from 1992 to 2002. He is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique and of the Woodrow Wilson School for Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. He has served on the United Kingdom Evaluation Society and the European Evaluation Society boards, the United Kingdom Independent Advisory Committee on Development Impact, and the Advisory Council of Wilton Park.

Robert Steinglass is director of the Immunization Center at John Snow, Inc., Immunization Team Leader at the USAID-funded Maternal and Child Survival Program and directed immunization on each of USAID’s JSI-managed projects. He was WHO’s immunization technical officer for 10 years in North Yemen, Oman and Nepal and earlier worked on smallpox eradication in North Yemen and Ethiopia.

He is a global health and international development expert with over 25 years of work experience, including with the World Health Organization, UNICEF, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, ALMA, CEDEP, and HelpAge International. He has supported numerous African countries in controlling infectious diseases, including malaria, HIV/AIDS, Ebola, and, more recently, COVID-19.
