Anthony Rologas is the senior manager - volunteer program strategy at Scope Global, based in South Australia. Prior to that, Anthony worked in a number of project and human resource management roles in the Australian public service and university sectors. Anthony has firsthand experience of the Australian Volunteers for International Development program, having spent 12 months on assignment in the Philippines where he helped the Local Government Academy develop its distance education programs.

Anthony Smith is the chief executive of Westminster Foundation for Democracy, the United Kingdom public body dedicated to strengthening democracy around the world. He serves on the boards of the European Partnership for Democracy and Peace Direct and was previously international relations director at the Department for International Development.

Antonio Tujan Jr., a social activist working on Philippine and international issues for more than 40 years, is the co-chair of the BetterAid Open CSO Platform on Aid Effectiveness. He helped found the IBON Foundation in 1978 and currently serves as its director for international development. He also is the chairman of the Asia Pacific Research Network (APRN), a network of more than 50 major research NGOs in the Asia Pacific, and a member of the Advisory Group of the United Nations Development Cooperation Forum. He is former global chairperson and current Asia Pacific chairperson of Reality of the Aid Network. Tujan has written about food sovereignty, globalization and related issues in a variety of publications.
