Anupama Tantri is a global health professional with over two decades of experience in public health and pharmaceutical public policy. At MSD, she oversees the development and execution of global cross-therapeutic policy strategies to promote access to medicines and vaccines, sustainable health care financing, and healthy markets for biopharmaceutical innovation. Prior to joining MSD, she worked on a range of infectious diseases at the Sabin Vaccine Institute, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the University of California, San Francisco, in the U.S. and across the Asia-Pacific region.

A veteran public health leader, Anuradha has in her previous roles spearheaded a host of successful global initiatives to improve the health of women and children and harness the full power of vaccines. Her work has created a profound impact at a global scale, saving and improving millions of lives. Prior to Sabin, Anuradha spent several years at Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance, as its deputy CEO.

Anuradha Khanal is the regional director of Southeast Asia at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and manages the drowning prevention program for Vietnam at the Global Health Advocacy Incubator. Prior to this role, Anu was the country lead for road safety work in Tanzania and India, drowning prevention in Vietnam, and the maternal and reproductive health program in Tanzania.
