Sara Farley is managing director of The Rockefeller Foundation's food initiative. She leads the global portfolio and spearheads integrated operations for the food team. Prior to joining the foundation, Sara co-founded the Global Knowledge Initiative, which she led for a decade.

Sara Harcourt

Sara Harcourt is senior policy director for development finance at the ONE Campaign in London, where she leads a team focused on analysis of official development assistance and domestic resource mobilization. Previously she worked on aid effectiveness and U.S. foreign assistance in Washington, D.C.; and represented ONE at the Fourth High Level Forum on Development Effectiveness in South Korea in 2011. Prior to joining ONE, Sara worked for the Global Economy and Development program at The Brookings Institution in the United States, where she helped launch the Africa Growth Initiative. She holds an M.A. in international relations from the University of Florida, and a B.A. from Wake Forest University.

Sara Jerving

Sara Jerving is a Senior Reporter at Devex, where she covers global health. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, VICE News, and Bloomberg News among others. Sara holds a master's degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism where she was a Lorana Sullivan fellow. She was a finalist for One World Media's Digital Media Award in 2021; a finalist for the Livingston Award for Young Journalists in 2018; and she was part of a VICE News Tonight on HBO team that received an Emmy nomination in 2018. She received the Philip Greer Memorial Award from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in 2014.

Dr. Sara Jewett (Nieuwoudt) coordinates the Social and Behaviour Change Communication, or SBCC, Division at the University of the Witwatersrand’s School of Public Health in South Africa She is active in efforts to strengthen SBCC competencies across the African continent, supporting efforts to elevate African representation on the global stage through her capacity strengthening collaborations, research, and membership on international conference committees.

Sara Mason is the founder and principal consultant at SHIFT Social Impact Solutions, a consulting firm that focuses on supporting collaboration across the coffee value chain. A CPA and MBA in international management, she has worked extensively in private sector consulting with Deloitte, and in large scale development programs and international advocacy with World Vision. She has a passion for women’s empowerment, and also for helping diverse stakeholders work together to create sustainable impact.

Sara Messer is ONE's policy manager for aid effectiveness, dealing with both global aid transparency and effectiveness, and U.S. foreign aid reform. Prior to ONE, Messer managed operations for the Africa Growth Initiative at the Brookings Institution, where she also served as project coordinator for the global economy and development program.

Sara Netzer is the director for emergency food security and livelihoods at Save the Children. She has management and implementation experience in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, including adoption and promotion of innovative approaches and technology. She has extensive experience in design, implementation, and management of cash transfer programming, including e-payments.

Sara Pacqué-Margolis

Sara Pacqué-Margolis is vice president of growth at Zenysis Technologies, Inc. Sara leads strategic partnerships and growth for Zenysis. She is trained as a public health demographer with more than three decades of experience in over 20 countries working on global health and development program design, management, monitoring and evaluation, research and training in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
