Scott Dubin is a social entrepreneur and innovator with more than 15 years of experience in the field of relief and development. He has built a career providing critical logistical and operational management to humanitarian and development projects in a host of complex and insecure environments, including Darfur, Iraq, South Sudan, and Liberia, among others. Scott has multiple country experiences leading the application of internet of things, or IoT, sensors for remote temperature, humidity, and location tracking.

Scott Guggenheim is a development anthropologist who has worked extensively on designs for poor peoples’ participation in large development projects.

Scott Jackson is the president and CEO of Global Impact. Jackson has worked at all levels of the public, private, and nonprofit sectors in more than 60 countries. Chan School of Public Health and an associate project director at Charity Science: Health, where he testing and scaling up text message reminders for vaccines in India. Currently based in Cambridge, MA, Scott previously worked as a global policy associate at IntraHealth International, advocating for legislation that would improve the effectiveness of U.S. global health aid. Scott has worked in Kenya and India and he is an alumnus of Global Health Corps and American University.

Scott Webb is an international development professional with more than 15 years of experience in a wide range of roles. He is currently a career and academic adviser with the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. He was previously with Catholic Relief Services working as a technical adviser for emergency human resources, and before that with Relief International as a senior program officer supporting projects in Syria and Sudan/South Sudan, and in various roles with International Relief and Development.
