Scott Webb is an international development professional with more than 15 years of experience in a wide range of roles. He is currently a career and academic adviser with the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. He was previously with Catholic Relief Services working as a technical adviser for emergency human resources, and before that with Relief International as a senior program officer supporting projects in Syria and Sudan/South Sudan, and in various roles with International Relief and Development.

Sean Lybrand leads the access to health care team at Amgen, focusing on health system strengthening and access in low- and middle-income countries. He is an experienced market access and health policy leader with over 25 years in health, beginning his career in research-focused roles in academia. Sean has held local, regional, and global roles within the industry and has built many multistakeholder collaborations with academic centers, NGOs, and governments. He is also an adjunct fellow at Macquarie University and a health executive in residence at University College London.

Before his election, he worked for ActionAid U.K., where he campaigned for structural changes to alleviate poverty and hunger around the world.
