Shila Ukumbini Salim is the executive director of Kilifi Youth for Sustainable Development, an inclusive youth-led organization determined to support young people located in Kilifi County, Kenya. She specializes in sexual and reproductive health and rights advocacy.

Shingai Machingaidze

Shingai Machingaidze is an epidemiologist and public health specialist. She has developed and led public health and clinical research programs that build the capacity of Africa-based scientists and institutions. She is currently the senior science officer for Africa CDC in the office of the director, as well as the International Conference on Public Health in Africa secretariat lead.

Shin-pei Tsay

Shin-pei Tsay is the director of cities and transportation in the energy and climate program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Her research focuses on urban and regional planning issues, particularly in relation to transportation, economic development, energy and climate change policy. Prior to joining Carnegie Endowment, Tsay served as deputy director of Transportation Alternatives. She was also the chief operating officer of Project for Public Spaces, an international nonprofit.

Shiro Gnanaselvam

Shiro Gnanaselvam brings over 25 years of international development experience in operational and leadership roles to bear on Social Impact’s growing portfolio of work. Previously Shiro served as the senior director for monitoring, evaluation and economics at MCC. In that role, she led the team responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting the results of MCC’s $7 billion portfolio of compact investments.

Shoqi A. Maktary

Shoqi A. Maktary is the country director of Search for Common Ground - Yemen. Shoqi is a former Fulbright scholar with master's degrees in conflict transformation and peacebuilding, and security management. Prior to joining Search, Shoqi was risk management advisor for Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit where he advised GIZ country directors and project heads on conflict, risk and security issues through in-depth context analysis and trend developments, and provided guidance on conflict sensitive planning, and safe and effective implementation of activities.

Shruthi Jayaram

Shruthi Jayaram is a project manager at Dalberg and is based in their New York office. She is a co-deputy of Dalberg’s gender expertise area. Shruthi works in the areas of gender, data and economic development, and advises teams across Dalberg in integrating a gender lens into their work. She holds a dual master's in public policy and administration from Columbia University and NUS, and a bachelor's in economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.

Shruti Ravindran is a freelance reporter and producer based in New York. She has written about development and public health for the Guardian, Al Jazeera, Aeon, Nautilus, and elsewhere. She has a master's in science journalism from Columbia Journalism School.

Shruti Shah

Shruti Shah is senior policy director at Transparency International-USA, responsible for the promotion of TI-USA’s anti-corruption law and regulation policy agenda. In that capacity, she develops and implements advocacy campaigns and builds strategic partnerships with international organizations, senior government officials and private sector and NGO representatives to ensure that laws against bribery and corrupt practices, and favoring transparency, are implemented and effectively enforced. Shah also leads InterAction's G20 anti-corruption policy team and is a contributing editor of "The FCPA Blog."

Dr. Shubha Kumar is director of the online MPH program and assistant professor of global health at the University of Southern California. Her professional and research work focuses on strategic planning, monitoring & evaluation, and capacity building and training in collaboration with domestic and international governmental and nongovernmental organizations. She is most well-known for her expertise in social return on investment analysis.
