His work centers around understanding autonomous control and its importance to well-being and health and social equity.

Timothy Jinks was appointed the head of Infectious Disease Interventions at Wellcome in 2021. He leads Wellcome’s work in advancing R&D for therapeutics and diagnostics, alongside research to support solutions for antimicrobial resistance. In his previous role, he designed and led Wellcome’s strategic priority area for combatting drug-resistant infections, deploying a budget of over £250 million. Before joining Wellcome in 2012, he accumulated over a decade of industry experience both in biologic therapeutic R&D and latterly as a consultant providing business development, licensing and commercial research services.

Dr. Timothy Mastro is the chief science officer at FHI 360. He is a CDC-trained medical epidemiologist with a 35-year career in global health.

May is a journalist who has worked for the Associated Press and the Los Angeles Times; his recent work has been published in Foreign Policy, the Christian Science Monitor magazine and The Washington Post, among other news outlets. He has worked as a human rights researcher for the Enough Project and communications director and consultant for Winrock International in South Sudan.

Tina Bolding is the director of DisasterReady.org and is responsible for the strategy, development, and outreach of DisasterReady to support the critical and demanding training needs of the global humanitarian and development community. Before joining the foundation, Bolding served as chief human resources officer at Food for the Hungry, where she was responsible for HR operations across 22 countries.

Tina Sciabica is executive director of READ Global, an international nonprofit working to provide education and economic opportunities to rural villagers in South Asia. She was formerly deputy director of the Social Venture Network, founded and ran a legal recruiting business, and started her career as a corporate litigation attorney.

Tirumala Santra Mandal is a research and communication analyst at iKure. With a doctorate degree in corporate communication from IIT Kharagpur, she has worked in diverse fields of communications such as lie detection, multimedia communication, communicative English. She started her career as an editor at Franchise India and co-authored various publications in refereed and business journals at national and international levels.

Tisha Boatman is the senior vice president of global access to care at Siemens Healthineers. She believes high-quality health care is a human right and knows that collaboration between the public and private sector is the key to making a substantial impact in global health development. Prior to this role, Tisha has held various leadership positions in portfolio management, marketing, business development, and strategy for over 16 years in both the United States and Europe. In 2022, she moved to Singapore from Denmark.
