Tsion Yohannes Waka

Gender expert Tsion Yohannes Waka is chair of the Center for Gender Equity for the University of Global Health Equity and responsible for mainstreaming gender in academic, research, and community development projects. Prior to this role, Tsion was chief organizer for the 2019 Women Leaders in Global Health Conference, hosted by UGHE in Rwanda, and participated in production of a preliminary gender profile of Ethiopia, among other research work.

Tsitsi Masiyiwa

Tsitsi Masiyiwa is an African philanthropist, social entrepreneur, and champion for gender equality. She is the co-founder and chair of Higherlife Foundation and Delta Philanthropies, both dedicated to advancing human capital development across Africa. Masiyiwa also serves as chair of the END Fund, an organization committed to ending neglected tropical diseases.

Twila Tschan

Twila N. Tschan is the communications coordinator at PeaceTech Lab, which works for individuals and communities affected by conflict while utilizing the best in technology, media, and data to accelerate peacebuilding efforts. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of South Alabama, Twila is currently pursuing her M.A. in global communication at George Washington University. Ty Beal

Ty Beal is a global nutrition scientist focused on helping to achieve healthy and sustainable diets for all. His research seeks to understand what people eat and how it impacts their health and the planet. He is currently a research advisor on the knowledge leadership team at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), where he generates evidence to guide programs and mobilize knowledge related to global nutrition and food systems.

Tyler Radford

Tyler Radford currently serves as Humanitarian OpenStreetMap's executive director. He joined HOT in April 2015 after 12 years leading diverse, people-focused, technology, and data-enabled projects across the public, private, nonprofit, and international humanitarian sectors for organizations such as the American Red Cross, Save the Children, the United Nations Secretariat, and for Fortune 500 firms as a private sector consultant with Deloitte Consulting.

Ufroz Ayyub is an environment sector specialist for Tetra Tech. He is currently serving as a technical writer for the USAID LESTARI project team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, he leads the team's efforts in capturing and communicating project impacts, successes, and challenges across six project landscapes in Sumatra, Borneo, and Papua.

Ujunwa Ojemeni

Ujunwa Ojemeni is an impact investing, energy development, and policy expert. She provides her expertise to drive access to energy in Africa through the Office of the Lagos State Commissioner for Energy & Mineral Resources and is an adviser with the Private Financing Advisory Network. She holds degrees from the University of Nigeria and The University of Manchester, in addition to certifications from the International Finance Faculty and Florence School of Regulation.
