Victoria Cooper is currently the senior vice president of Chemonics’ East and Southern Africa regional business unit. Cooper is a proven public policy and administration expert with more than 30 years of experience designing and managing complex development projects in Africa for USAID, DFID, and the World Bank.

Victoria Milko is a Myanmar-based freelance multimedia journalist who reports on human rights and civil unrest in South and Southeast Asia.

Victoria Olarewaju is a researcher at Global Health 50/50 and a Public health/ Epidemiology expert based in Accra, Ghana. Her work focuses on maternal and child health, social determinants of health, gender inequality, and vaccine hesitancy. She holds a Masters in Epidemiology from the University of Basel, Switzerland.

Victoria Stanski is director of programs for Mercy Corps in Lebanon, where she leads the development and implementation of relief and development programming to support the Syrian refugee crisis.

Victoriia Panchenko is the programme lead for HelpAge International in western Ukraine. Prior to February last year she had been working for HelpAge in Eastern Ukraine for more than seven years.

Vida Duti is the country director of IRC Ghana, an independent, nonprofit WASH organization that works with partners in countries including Ghana, Uganda, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, India, and Honduras. Duti is an expert in governance and systems development with over 20 years of national and international experience working in community development and poverty reduction; capacity development of local government actors; public sector reforms; and water service governance.

Vidya Krishnan is a Mumbai-based freelance journalist who writes about health, human rights, and gender in South Asia.

Vijay Raghavan is the current country director of Action Against Hunger in Afghanistan. He has over three decades of work experience in humanitarian and social-economic development, working with U.N. agencies, international NGOs, large scale social development government programs, academic and research institutions, and public private partnership initiatives.

Vijay Sarma is vice president of pharmacy marketing at McCann Health Canada. He holds a bachelor of science degree in pharmacology and toxicology, as well as a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy. Vijay has spent time as a licensed pharmacist working in a primary care setting, regional or national pharmacy retail management, franchised pharmacy retail, and most recently in an expert agency environment with McCann Health Canada. He continues to practice in community pharmacy on a part-time basis.

As director, forced labor and human trafficking for Humanity United, Vijay manages work that touches on issues of worker agency, safer labor migration, and corporate accountability, including leading work that seeks to improve the experience and well-being of migrant workers traveling from Asia and Africa to the Gulf.
