Will Brett Harding is a research assistant for policy at Children in All Policies 2030. He works on policy engagement, and on analyzing and collating research evidence around multisectoral action, climate change, commercial marketing, and children’s participation.

William Garvelink

Ambassador William J. Garvelink is the senior advisor for global strategy at the International Medical Corps. He has 33 years of experience with the United States Agency for International Development and the Department of State. Garvelink led President Obama’s $3.5 billion "Feed the Future" global food security initiative and established and served as the first head of USAID's Bureau for Food Security. He served as the U.S. Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Congo from 2007-2010.

William Gerry joined the Open Data Institute in August 2014, and works within the international services team — he manages the team’s projects, conducts research and provides general support. Will graduated with a degree in history from Oxford Brookes University in 2013, and then completed an M.St. in modern British and European history from St. Antony’s College, Oxford.

William Moore is CEO of the Eleanor Crook Foundation. Since 2015, he has led the organization in developing an ambitious strategy and investment plan, building partnerships across the global health and development community, and serving as a spokesperson for the issue of malnutrition. He was formerly chief storyteller at the United Nations Millennium Campaign, where he helped coordinate U.N. country office engagement plans for the Sustainable Development Goals.

William Moseley is DeWitt Wallace professor of geography and director of the program for food, agriculture, and society at Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He also sits on the steering committee of the U.N. high-level panel of experts for food security and nutrition.

Will has more than 25 years of experience in international development and the private sector, including as chief operating officer of Pact Inc., as president of the Pact Global Microfinance Fund and as an executive vice president at PSI.
