Virginia Kamowa is a menstrual health and hygiene specialist at the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council, which is evolving into the Sanitation and Hygiene Fund by 2021 to fill a void in the international response to the sanitation, hygiene, and menstrual health crisis. Kamowa is also the co-coordinator of the Global Menstrual Collective.

Virginia is a freelance journalist and editor based in Barcelona. She has worked in the development sector in Malawi and Kenya and Somalia before returning to Europe, where she gained experience in the United Kingdom, Norway and Spain. She is the managing editor of Words in the Bucket, an online platform discussing human rights, gender, development and environment issues.

Vittoria Zanuso is the executive director of the Mayors Migration Council, a global coalition of 200+ mayors working to accelerate action on migration and displacement. Prior to the MMC, Vittoria held several positions at the Rockefeller Foundation’s 100 Resilient Cities initiative, where she created the organization’s urban migration practice.

Vivek Ramkumar is the senior director of policy for the International Budget Partnership.

Vivianne Ihekweazu is managing director at Nigeria Health Watch. She is responsible for designing and implementing health communication and advocacy strategies and campaigns for government, not-for-profits, and development partners in Nigeria, focusing on nutrition, maternal, newborn and child health, routine immunization, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and epidemic preparedness and response. She received her master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Sussex. She is also an African Public Health Leaders fellow.

Vladimir Cuk is the executive director of the International Disability Alliance. Cuk is responsible for coordinating the IDA secretariat and IDA advocacy toward the U.N. system. In particular, Cuk is engaged in the implementation of the 2030 agenda in line with the U.N. Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Cuk is a member of the policy board of the U.N. Partnership to Promote the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, as well as the Inter Agency Support Group to the CRPD.

Volker Hauck is head of the conflict, security and resilience program at the European Centre for Development Policy Management. He joined the organization in 1998 as senior program officer for capacity development and led ECDPM's knowledge management and communications from 2007 to 2012.

Volker Türk is director of international protection at the U.N. High Commission for Refugees in Geneva. Before his current role, he served in several UNHCR management positions and was deployed to Malaysia, Kosovo), Bosnia Herzegovina, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Kuwait.

Vuyiswa Sidzumo directs the Ford Foundation's southern Africa office, overseeing grantmaking and promoting philanthropy growth. With a background in biochemistry and extensive experience in philanthropy and government, she has championed local philanthropy and social justice in the region.
